Minimum Qualifications:

- Certification from a recognized estimating organization
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify project requirements.
- Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather data for accurate estimating.
- Provide information to purchasing to assist in maintaining a database of costs for materials, labor, and equipment to ensure estimates are based on current market conditions.
- Present estimates to clients and stakeholders, providing explanations and justifications for costs.
