About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team in the construction industry. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing crews experienced in slab concrete, masonry, and framing trades, ensuring that the work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be the main point of contact for all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, and will be responsible for ensuring that all parties are working together effectively to achieve the project goals. Your ultimate goal will be to deliver a successful project that meets or exceeds the expectations of all stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field experience
- 5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures
- Experience with scheduling software
- Experience with overseeing crews experienced in slab concrete, masonry, and framing trades
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with LEED certification and sustainable construction practices
- Experience with BIM and other construction technology tools
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction trades, including planning, scheduling, and quality control
- Ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
