You typically work from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. 90% of our projects are in Utah County, so you don't have to worry about traveling too much.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN SIDEWALK GRADING/MISC. FOREMAN
- Lead a crew responsible for grading sidewalks
- Collaborate with the site superintendent to determine tasks and goals
- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulations and high standards
- Prioritize safety and quality throughout the project
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Experience leading a crew
- Ability to operate small equipment such as skid steers and mini excavators
- Knowledge about compaction testing
- excellent problem-solving skills and delegation skills
- The ability to meet timelines without letting work quality suffer is also vital
