Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various household appliances. Duties

• Diagnose and repair appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and HVAC systems.
• Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
• Perform equipment repairs and maintenance in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their appliance issues.
• Operate a box truck for appliance delivery and pick-up as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing field service tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in appliance repair or related field service roles.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and refrigerate mechanics.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Experience driving a box truck or similar vehicle is preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
