Immediate opening for an experienced Full timeLeasing Agent in Little Rock, Arkansas Candidate must be organized, self-motivated, able to follow compliance guidelines, possess strong leadership as well as computer skills. The job entails but is not limited to collecting rents, unit inspections, screening applicants, and leasing. Tax credit experience and one site is a plus. Knowledge of fair housing rules and regulations.
Pay will be comparable to leasing agent experience. This is a benefit eligible position after completing 90 days of employment. EEO
