.Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing systems, sheetrock, make readies.
- Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve issues
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Fabricate and install various fixtures and equipment as needed)
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is required
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems
Repair sheetrock,
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.60 - $19.99 per hour
