What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Engineer - Conveyor Systems position at M-Team Solutions?
We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with 5-10 years of experience selling large Capex projects to Automotive OEMs and tier-one automotive suppliers. Experience selling to Ford Motor Company, GM, and Stellantis is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of material handling, conveyance, robotics, and AGV solutions in the automotive marketplace.
Travel and Flexibility: This is a hybrid position (3 days in the office, 2 days home office). Travel to visit clients as required, up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 5-10 years in Automotive OEM or Tier 1 Capex sales. Experience leading global/international complex enterprise and strategic accounts.
- Skills:
- Technical understanding and proficiency with Salesforce.com
- Presentation and verbal communication
- Experience in estimating and project management.
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally, and work in a team environment.
