Our client, a global leader in cloud-native telecom software, is looking for a Senior Director of Key Account Sales to drive strategic account growth in Canada. This role focuses on expanding partnerships with leading telecommunications service providers, especially Tier 1 wireless carriers, and delivering results in the 5G and telecom security space.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth : Identify, qualify, and close new business and upsell opportunities to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Account Strategy : Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with company goals and drive growth.
- Customer Relationships : Build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers to understand and address their needs.
- Forecasting : Provide accurate forecasts and regular updates on pipeline, targets, and account progress.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with Systems Engineering on technical needs and solutions, and with Support to resolve critical issues.
- Market Insights : Share account and market insights with executives and teams to shape strategy.
Skills and Qualifications
This role carries a quota and requires excellent communication skills to convey the business value of technology solutions to top-level telecom executives in Canada such as ROGERS & TELUS.
