As a Fitness Director, you will lead, motivate, and empower both our members and staff to achieve their fitness goals through strategic programming, leadership, and education. Our Fitness Director plays a crucial role in the success of our fitness programs. You will manage and mentor our team of personal trainers, ensuring that every member—whether they purchase personal training or not—feels supported and encouraged on their fitness journey.
