Daily Responsibilities as an Event Assistant Trainee:
- Engage with customers in retail locations, sharing product knowledge, identifying their needs, and matching them with the right solutions to achieve sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process new accounts, and handle confidential information responsibly.
- Promote and represent client brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and charisma in retail settings.
- Build trust with customers to identify new leads for the sales team and foster long-term relationships.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down event displays and promotional materials.
- Participate in training sessions to deepen your understanding of products, sales strategies, and services.
- Follow company policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with client standards.
- Address and resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge to better serve customers and support sales efforts.
