Key Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Associate:
- Plan and execute in-store events, creating memorable customer experiences through interactive demonstrations and eye-catching product displays.
- Deliver personalized customer interactions, providing detailed product information and highlighting brand features.
- Proactively engage with customers, promoting client products and services in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and foster long-term loyalty to client brands.
- Enhance brand visibility through innovative in-store setups that captivate attention.
- Drive sales by promoting products, meeting performance goals, and cultivating customer interest.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and event outcomes, offering actionable feedback to improve client campaigns.
Retail Sales Associate Qualifications:
