Civil Litigation Attorney

M.V. Parker Law PLLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will reside in New Mexico, bringing over five years of experience in the litigation field. Personal injury experience is a plus. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, with access to our local Albuquerque office, though travel for in-person court appearances is required. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle cases in real estate, business partnership disputes, general civil litigation, or personal injury.
• Prepare and manage legal documents and correspondence.
• Represent clients in court, ensuring robust advocacy.
• Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies.

Qualifications:

• Active Bar License in New Mexico State and Federal Courts.
• Reside in New Mexico with the ability to travel for court appearances.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in civil litigation (includes all aspects of motion practice, discovery, and trials).
• Proficient in technology, including MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, and email.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments with little guidance or instruction.

Benefits and Compensation:

• Flexible working hours with reasonable billing targets.
• Competitive salary ranging from $90,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year, depending on experience (DOE).
