Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a local executive on our team. Duties
- Assist in the creation of powerful PPT presentations.
- Provide light bookkeeping and excel support
- Manage paper filing system
- Expense reports, Email filing
- Research solutions to tax or regulatory issues.
Experience
- Proven experience in an executive administrative support role or as a personal assistant is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in using Microsoft office software applications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage calendars
- Prior experience with either bookkeeping or Powerpoint is helpful.
