Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a local executive on our team. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to pick up new tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in an unstructured environment and is committed to providing top-notch support through a heart of service.

Duties

  • Assist in the creation of powerful PPT presentations.
  • Provide light bookkeeping and excel support
  • Manage paper filing system
  • Expense reports, Email filing
  • Research solutions to tax or regulatory issues.

Experience

  • Proven experience in an executive administrative support role or as a personal assistant is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in using Microsoft office software applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage calendars
  • Prior experience with either bookkeeping or Powerpoint is helpful.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.90 - $30.00 per hour
