As the Sales Representative you are responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Communicate with customers through various channels to include phone calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Respond promptly to customer sales and inquiries.
- Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding market reach and increasing sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Acknowledge and assist upper management in resolving customer complaints/feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Air Table & QuickBooks.
