As the Engineering Manager at my client, you'll play a hands-on role in designing and developing cutting-edge products, manufacturing equipment, and testing systems in a plant that delivers heavy fabrications to customers. Collaborating across departments such as Operations, Procurement, Quality Assurance, and Field Service, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with unmatched quality. This role is perfect for a leader with a passion for driving technical solutions and empowering high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment that does metal fabrication, welding, painting and assembly processes.
