What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the IATF-16949 quality management system as the Management Representative
- Driving defect reduction efforts and resolving customer quality concerns
- Overseeing final inspections and ensuring efficient product flow
- Leading quality management initiatives and aligning with customer requirements
- Managing department personnel, training, and workflow optimization
- Collaborating in APQP meetings to prevent and address processing issues
- Ensuring calibration system accuracy and overseeing PPAP submissions
About You
- Be able to do the job as described
- Bachelor of Science Degree in engineering or manufacturing technology
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset
- Experience in quality management, preferably in an automotive or manufacturing environment
- Experience in an IATF 16949 manufacturing environment
- ASQ training and certification preferred
