Job Summary
Nurtures sales opportunities for onsite events, meetings and special occasions. Develops client relationships, negotiates contracts and generates proposals aligned with client requests, industry standards and organizational expectations. Maintains accurate sales records, continuously monitors competitors, tracks sales progress and stays current on industry trends to enhance sales production, customer satisfaction and exceptional service. Collaborates across departments to achieve strategic sales objectives through proactive outreach, networking and event attendance. Represents M1 Concourse professionally to foster repeat business and promote organizational excellence.

- Collaborates within the department to promote operational objectives to organizational expectations.
- Conducts various outreach efforts to foster achievement of the company’s strategic sales objectives including, but not limited to, cold calling, networking and attending industry events.
- Coordinates and collaborates effectively with colleagues throughout the organization to ensure the seamless execution of events to the company’s expectations for excellence.
- Facilitates the identification and nurturing of sales opportunities for onsite events, meetings and special occasions on behalf of M1 Concourse.
- Generates and presents proposals tailored to client needs, in alignment with best industry standards and in compliance with company expectations of excellence.
- Initiates, maintains and manages superior communication with clients throughout the sales process.
- Maintains accurate records of leads, proposals and bookings in the all-relevant company systems.
- Monitors competitors to provide relevant information to continuously improve the organization’s sales strategies.
- Negotiates contracts in an effective matter that promotes the closing sales to company expectations.
- Networks and builds relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Prepares sales reports and forecasts to effectively track progress toward revenue goals and provide leadership actionable data for better decision making.
- Presents professionally and represents the M1 Concourse at the highest levels.
- Promotes a customer-centric environment to enhance overall event experience.
- Promotes clear expectations in the delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Provides exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Pursues leads punctually in a comprehensive and professional manner.

Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
