What are the responsibilities and job description for the Logistics Coordinator position at M2 Logistics?
As part of the M2 Operations team, this position will work in partnership with our Account Managers and Account Capacity Leads to focus on supporting their customer/carrier needs. The Logistics Coordinator will play an intricate role in building relationships with both internal and external customers as needed. You will be handling calls, emails, processing orders, communicating updates with customers, carriers, Account Managers, and Account Capacity Leads you are supporting. You must maintain a strong knowledge of processes and services offered by M2 and have superior customer service skills.

The Position
You will be handling calls, emails, processing orders, communicating updates with customers, carriers, and Account Manager and Account Capacity Lead you are supporting.
- Work directly with customers on entering shipments
- EDI acceptance
- Appointment setting
- Tracking freight and updating all parties needed
- Master customer Web Portals
- Support miscellaneous requests as they occur
- Able to identify and solve billing issues with customers
- Light dispatching to Core Carriers
