Community Manager
We’re looking for a manager that engages with our residents. Who makes sure our residents are at home and their needs are met and deliver flexible housing solutions. As a Community Manager you will be responsible for directing and overseeing the day to day operations, utilizing all resources to accomplish property objectives and operational goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Oversee the day-to-day operations, property budget and organization of the property management office and maintenance
· Ensure collections of rent, deposits, and fees
· Responsible for planning and controlling expenditures in order to obtain products and services at a minimum cost. To initiate, review and approve payables within products with authorized spending limits
· Provide training, supervision and support to community employees
· Timely apartment ready turns to show in 3-5 days
· Provide marketing reports and strategies
Qualifications
· Experience with property management software such as Yardi, Real Page, or Resman
· Knowledge in Low income and Affordable Housing
· Prior experience with 300 units
· Minimum 3 years of experience as a Community Manager
· CPM or CAM certificates are preferred but not required
· Strong customer services, communication, and organizational skills
· Detailed orientated and ability to multitask
· Ability to make independent decisions and handle emergency situations professionally
Assistant Manager
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for financial transactions and assisting the Manager with all community operations. This position will require duties to be extended to Leasing & Community Manager when needed.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Process NSF checks, including notifying resident
· Inspect models, grounds, and clubhouse daily
· Obtain leases and renewals
· Process & deliver evictions
· Inspect apartments during move-in and move outs.
· Schedules necessary repairs and make-ready activities
· Assist with all resident activities and communications
· Explain every paragraph on a lease
· Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly reports
· Monthly rent collections
Qualifications:
· High School diploma or equivalent
· 1 years minimum related work experience
· Onesite/Real Page experience preferred
· Leadership/Management Skills
· Administrative and Organization sills
· Verbal and Written Communication Skills
· Excellent Customer Service
Leasing Consultant
Requirements & Qualifications:
· Self-starter attitude and reliable
· Assist prospects by touring the property
· Prepare and Complete all leasing paperwork
· Applicant Screening and Fees
· Rent collections & Rental Deposits
· Lease Renewals & Notice to vacate
· Knowledge of Lease and Community policies
· Assist with Resident Events & Resident Relations
· Submit resident work orders
· Assist residents with move out inspections & procedures
Education & Experience
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Minimum of 1 years sales and leasing
· ResMan and EasyLease experience is preferred
· Microsoft Office Proficiency
· Flexible hours including weekends
· Effective customer service skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
