We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, your primary goal is to build rapport with clients needing roofing solutions, providing estimates, tailored recommendations, and commercial interest in their roofing needs. Your ability to manage territory sales will be crucial in expanding our customer base and enhancing client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential leads and understand customer needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations that highlight the benefits of our ability to accomplish goals and deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Track sales activities and report on performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial roofing sakes bringing in $3 million to $6 million annually, with minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Strong skills in account management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Experience in lead generation techniques and territory sales management.
- Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills
- Estimate and deliver accurate and competitive pricing for project proposals
