Role Oracle HCM Solution Architect
Location: Kansas City, MO
Skills Mandatory:
Oracle Fusion (HCM Module required)
Designing and developing integrations with the Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications APIs
Microsoft Azure Cloud (Virtual Machines, Functions, Databases, APIs) - certifications are a plus
Informatica (Cloud Integration Hub, IICS/IDMC)
Current or recent roles as a Solution Architect
Coding skills: Python, NodeJS, .NET/C#, SQL
Job Specification / Skills and Competencies:
7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and its integration capabilities.
Strong expertise in Oracle HCM APIs, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and HDL (HCM Data Loader).
Experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP Web Services, and Middleware
solutions.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud services, including Virtual Machines, Functions, Databases, and
APIs. Azure certifications are a plus.
Experience with Informatica Cloud (IICS/IDMC) and ETL processes for HCM data transformations.
Coding skills: Proficiency in Python, NodeJS, .NET/C#, and SQL for integration development and
automation.
Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex challenges.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
Experience working in large-scale HR digital transformation projects.
Knowledge of HR and Payroll processes in Oracle HCM Cloud.
