Role: Program Manager
Location: Dallas, TX , Overland park, KS
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts by balancing ongoing project deliveries and identifying new opportunities.
- Lead product development with modern engineering practices such as CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing.
- Manage large-scale web and mobile application implementations with multiple backend integrations.
- Collaborate with technical architects, developers, and testers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Drive Agile project management practices, including story grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Lead teams of 20 resources in a global delivery model.
- Ensure quality deliverables with detailed tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Provide strategic direction, risk management, and problem-solving support to the team.
Required Skills
- Mandatory:
- Proven experience in the Fintech or Payments domain.
- Expertise in product development, client relationship management, and large-scale project implementation.
- Strong Agile project management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Primary Skills:
- Proficiency in Project Delivery, Stakeholder Management, and Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with modern software engineering practices.
