Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to end users on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Set up, configure, and maintain user workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees by setting up user accounts, devices, and access permissions.
- Manage and maintain Windows servers, including Active Directory, file servers, and application servers.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware repairs and software support.
- Configure and maintain cloud services, including Office 365, Azure
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Education, Experience, Skills and Licensing:
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365 administration, and user account management.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be able to interact with clients and co-workers in a professional and respectful manner and work in a team environment sharing roles and responsibilities, with limited supervision.
- An associate degree is preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in accounting.
- 3 years of experience in IT support and system administration roles.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware is a plus.
- Experience with cloud-based identity management and single sign-on (SSO).
- Bilingual English / Spanish.
