What are the responsibilities and job description for the Structural Engineer position at M3 Engineering & Technology?
This position will perform structural design, analysis and detailing for various industrial, institutional, and commercial buildings and other structures as assigned. This position will report into our Chandler office.
Basic Duties :
- Structural design, analysis, calculations, 3d modeling and drafting for various industrial, institutional buildings and other structures as assigned.
- Assistance in design, field investigations, field engineering, material take-offs, surveys, and studies to complete project goals.
- Assisting in the preparation of project reports and construction documents and reviewing documents prepared by others.
- Overseeing and providing direction on the design and development of structural models and structural drawings and specifications.
- The position will also interact directly with structural steel detailers through the development of the detailed model and drawings.
