What are the responsibilities and job description for the Masonry Laborer position at M3 Inc?
Laborers are a vital part of M3, Inc.'s team and we are currently hiring Experienced & Motivated Masonry Laborers for jobs located in Charlottesville and surrounding cities/counties. This is full-time (Monday-Friday), year-round work with benefits.
Duties:
- Move & organize material and equipment
- Mix mortar
- Cut brick and block
- Erect/Dismantle scaffolding
- Job site clean-up
Job Requirements:
- Past experience as a Masonry Laborer and familiarity with duties described above
- Ability to get to/from job sites, daily
- Punctual, courteous, and dependable
- Ability to meet physical demands of job
- Good communication and listening skills
- Ability to follow directions and work within Safety Guidelines
- Proper documentation is a prerequisite for employment with M3, Inc.
Pay:
- Laborers earn between $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule:
- A typical schedule is Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Paid Holidays:
- After 90 days, full-time employees receive 6 paid Holidays: New Year's Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; and Christmas Day.
Flexible Paid Time Off:
- After one year of employment, we offer 40 hours of flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) to full-time employees.
