How You Will Make an Impact

• Analyze financial statements and KPIs to uncover performance trends and business drivers.
• Build models and conduct variance analysis to support decision-making and budgeting processes.
• Create insightful dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau and Adaptive Insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and identify key drivers of business performance.
• Maintain and enhance forecasting and budgeting tools, improving planning accuracy through predictive modeling.
• Drive process improvements and explore emerging technologies to enhance finance operations.

What You Will Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial/data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and financial functions.
• Experience with budgeting and planning tools like Adaptive Insights.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau/QlikView/Power BI), SQL, and financial modeling.
• Experience with cloud data tools (AWS, Snowflake, Azure).
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• CPA or related certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with AMS/ERP systems like Applied Epic is a plus.
