Branch Supervisor – ACCESS Federal Credit Union

Location: Camden, NY
Key Responsibilities for the Branch Supervisor:
· Team Leadership & Development – Ensure the branch is staffed with skilled employees and oversee performance evaluations and development.
· Strategic Growth & Member Engagement – Implement business strategies that drive growth, enhance member satisfaction, and build strong community relationships.
· Operational Oversight – Manage branch security, compliance, and day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
· Lending & Financial Services – Conduct loan interviews, process and close loans, and guide members through mortgage options.
· Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure adherence to federal regulations, internal controls, and security protocols.
· Sales & Service – Promote credit union products and services, providing members with financial solutions that meet their needs.
Reporting:
This position reports to the Vice President of Branch and Digital Banking Operations.
Schedule:
· Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
· Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Salary Range:
$45,000 – $62,000 base salary plus bonus and profit sharing.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial institution or related field.
· Supervisory or leadership experience required.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Sales experience is a plus.
· Self-motivated, energetic, and committed to delivering excellent service.
