JOB SUMMARY
M3T is searching for an energetic technical service representative for the West Virginia and Pennsylvania gaming market. This individual will work with M3T management to provide technical service and sales support in these markets. As part of the sales effort, this individual will need to devote significant time and effort in learning M3T software and kiosk solutions in order to best represent our products. This position will also require gaining the knowledge and expertise to provide technical service and support for M3T hardware and software in the field. Such support will include repairing / replacing components in M3T kiosks.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contact customers in person, as necessary, to evaluate/repair hardware and software. Provide onsite installation and training of M3T products in client locations.
- Work with M3T Sales Staff to help follow up on sales leads in current or new markets for M3T products and services through in-person visits, phone calls and social media. Answer client questions about products, prices and availability.
- Work with management team to prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
- Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Eager to learn M3T products software and kiosk products in order to install, repair and service for customers.
- Previous technical service experience is strongly desired.
- Ability to work alone or with a team to meet customer needs.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Teams tools required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or an equivalent of 5 years of works experience.
- Minimum of three years of experience in sales.
- Technical certifications are preferable.
- Must be able to travel for extended periods of time.
- Must be willing to work extended hours or weekends.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
- Regularly uses hands and fingers to handle or feel objects and reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to use fine motor skills to manipulate small objects
- Routine periods of concentration needed to complete assigned job duties
- Frequently required to talk, hear, stand, sit and walk
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to or over 45 pounds
- Vision requirements include close vision, depth perception and ability to detect color coding
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
