JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelors degree with 12-15 years of experience
(TPM) Project Manager for Financial Data Engineering Scrum Teams
Must have strong experience in GenAI projects
Drives integrated teams, driving technology solutions in support of key product initiatives by working closely with Engineering
Develops Deep Domain knowledge in order to support Technical teams.
Facilitates Agile events and ceremonies that help the Engineering teams deliver value.
Supports Product Owners through backlog refinement, backlog readiness, writing user stories, supports decision-making and fosters continuous delivery of business value to end users.
Ensures dependencies, impediments and risks are visible and tracked through to resolution, escalating when necessary.
