Hands on ACBS working experience in Commercial Loan Servicing
Ability to handle business service requests to make necessary configuration changes
Using Data Mart, generate new reports as per business needs
Coordinate with FIS to handle any product / platform related changes / enhancements
Work with business to improve the loan operations and recommend improvement ideas
Adhere to IT process and procedures in making changes in ACBS platform
