What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gen AI Architect with 12+ years (day 1 onsite) position at M3BI - A Zensar Company?
Responsibilities:
Understand the client's business, workflows,
Identify opportunities where generative AI can bring value (e.g., customer support, content creation, automation).
Create an AI adoption roadmap or strategy.
familiarity with AI platforms and tools such as Amazon Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot Studio, OpenAI, and other leading AI frameworks
Choose the right models (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.) and platforms (OpenAI, Azure, Hugging Face, etc.).
Decide whether to use pre-trained models, fine-tuned models, or build custom solutions.
Design workflows and user experiences around AI tool
Work with developers or act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 12-15 years of experience
Strong hands on experiance with all latest AI and ML related technologies like RAG, Vector DB, Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, ML OPS , Google Vertex AI.
Strong understanding of generative AI technologies, including LLM capabilities, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
Familiarity with AI platforms and tools such as Amazon Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot Studio, OpenAI, and other leading AI frameworks
Knowledge of cloud computing principles, AI deployment patterns, and best practices for scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions
Ability to evaluate and recommend appropriate AI technologies, frameworks, and architectures based on business requirements and constraints
Understanding of responsible AI practices, ethical considerations, and regulatory compliance in financial services
