Job Description
- Ability to execute and deliver : Collaborate with internal stakeholder’s draft business cases and functional requirements for features, guiding program management efforts for successful delivery, navigating trade-offs.
- Produce detailed, high-quality product specifications, documentation, and walkthroughs to ensure teams have a clear understanding of product features and workflows.
- Engineering Collaboration : Collaborate closely with Engineering and Architecture to solution and define release scope and timelines based on business priorities and constraints.
- Direct experience in Banking Operations, with a strong understanding of industry-specific needs and challenges.
- Direct experience managing and / or configuring CRMs for business needs; ideally using Salesforce.
- Familiar with admin configurations for workflows / business rules, reporting configurations, community portals, chatbot / einstein.
