Job Description :
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in software development and team management.
- Demonstrated success in guiding both onshore and offshore teams with a hands-on leadership style in dynamic environments.
- Expertise in structuring and applying systematic methodologies to help teams navigate complex challenges.
- Proficient in programming languages such as C#, .Net, and Java.
- Experience with integration technologies : ESB, Middleware, and Data Engineering (Talend) alongside Microservices.
- Deep familiarity with DevOps tools including Google Cloud CLI, Kubernetes, Docker, and metrics for code quality and vulnerabilities.
- Extensive hands-on experience with cloud services, particularly GCP (GKE, Pub / Sub, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, Redis / MemCache).
- Solid understanding of best practices in application and service security.
