Job Overview
The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, sales representatives, and other departments. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for customer service. This position will assist with design, pricing, and presentation of business solutions.
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in managing leads, processing orders, and preparing sales documents.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Client Communication:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Handle client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to project implementation.
- Address and resolve client issues or concerns in collaboration with other departments.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain and update ERP system with client information, sales activities, and pipeline status.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documentation.
- Organize and maintain sales-related files, records, and documentation.
Coordination and Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team, project management department, procurement department and other internal stakeholders to align sales strategies and objectives.
- Coordinate with the installation and technical support teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Support the development and execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Market and Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide relevant information to the sales team.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s security products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
