Compensation: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee a 250-unit LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) property in Kennewick, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Market vacant units by creating ads on Zillow, social media, and other platforms.
- Convert prospects to tenants by responding to inquiries, scheduling showings, and overseeing the lease signing and move-in process.
- Issue notices and conduct unit inspections to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate maintenance requests with our dedicated internal maintenance team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Property management experience (1 year required).
- LIHTC experience is highly preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with Zillow, social media ads, and AppFolio (a big plus, but not mandatory).
- Strong organizational and communication skills—you’re responsive and proactive.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (essential for site visits).
- A home computer/laptop and stable internet connection for remote tasks.
