M9 Solutions is seeking a Full Stack Developer (Cloud Developer Experience) to work hybrid remote / on-site on a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC. An active TS / SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

Understand both the backend and frontend architectures of the product under development.
Effectively maintain, debug, and advance the features of the production system.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Active TS / SCI security clearance.

Bachelor's degree with 4 - 6 years of experience or master's degree with 2 - 4 years of experience.

3 years of Java, Python, and SQL experience or certifications.

3 years of JavaScript and React experience or certifications.

1 years of experience with Material UI.

AWS Developer Associate or higher certification.

Experience with the Java Hibernate Object Relational Mapper.

Experience with software testing to include unit testing and the use of testing frameworks on both the backend and frontend.

Effective team communication skills.

Familiarity with most of the technologies listed, while remaining flexible to changes in the technology stack, and a desire to learn new skills independently as the needs of the product change over time : Java, Hibernate, Amazon Web Services (S3, API Gateway, Lambda, RDS, EC2, ECS), PostgreSQL, JavaScript, React, Material UI, Python, Linux Shell Commands, Docker, Nginx, Agile / Scrum process, Atlassian Confluence, Jira, Git, GitHub / GitLab, Management.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience working in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Experience in backlog management, including Epic, Feature, User Story development, and refinement.

Experience with Confluence and Jira.

Experience with the Microsoft 365 (M365) suite.

Ability to be on-site 60% of the time at a client SCIF located in Washington, DC.

Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with team members.

Full-Time Employee Compensation

M9 Solutions' pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include, but are not limited to, responsibilities of the position, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, location, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
