M9 Solutions is seeking a Senior Database Administrator - Postgres/MySQL/Oracle to work on a government contract for a client located inAnnapolis Junction, MD.An active TS/SCI with FSP is required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with FSP.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
- 10 years of experience administering to and engineering solutions with Postgres, MySQL, Oracle's database (10 - current).
- Extensive experience with database designas well as the collection and interpretation ofcustomer requirements relevant to database migration, troubleshooting, performance observation and tuning.
- 10 years of experience supporting large scale or enterprise level database services.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong communications skills.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Exadata, DB security, Data Guard and/or DB Vault, Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control, label security, and data migration.
- Experience with the production and deployment of RAC, RMAN backup & recovery.
