M9 Solutions is seeking a Windows Systems Administrator to work on a government contract for a client located in Colorado Springs, CO. An active Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily systems administration and help desk tasks, to include building, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting physical and virtual systems across the Windows environment.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain a WSUS environment and conduct monthly patching.
• Develop scripts using PowerShell, Ansible, or other similar tools to improve administration automation.
• Apply cybersecurity best practices to ensure high compliance status is met.
• Install, integrate, test, verify, and troubleshoot system updates/upgrades.
• Maintain and develop documentation as necessary.
• Perform periodic COTS assessments to determine continued compliance, usage, and needs.
• Troubleshoot any issues and provide support across the Information System.
• Develop, integrate, and install periodic releases per customer requirements.
• Document efforts in various Job Aids, Standard Operating Procedures, and Turnover Documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Advanced degree with 7 years of experience or bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience, or equivalent.

$60,000 - $180,000 USD
