Job Description
Duties
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory levels and manage stock movements.
- Load and unload products from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or reach trucks.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse space for optimal efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders accurately and timely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies related to shipping and receiving.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Previous experience in a shipping and receiving role within a distribution center is preferred.
- Flexible and willing to learn.
- Familiarity with e-commerce logistics is a plus.
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks safely.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) as require
