- Have a key role in visual design projects across the digital, print, and web assets of the brand.
- Provide your creative input and feedback to elevate design quality across the team—helping raise the creative bar
- Lead by example through high-quality execution and strong design thinking.
- Maintain and evolve MAËLYS’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Drive the visual conception and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns.
- Champion best practices in design, staying up-to-date on trends and innovations.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to align on the brand's vision and strategy.
- Create visual concepts for digital campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
- Stay ahead of design trends, bringing new inspiration and ideas to the team.
- Contribute to building and maintaining brand guidelines, design systems, and templates.
- 3-5 years of experience as a brand, marketing, or graphic designer—preferably in e-commerce or product-driven environments.
- A sharp eye for detail and a strong understanding of brand systems and visual storytelling.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in marketing design and brand storytelling.
- Proficiency in Figma (a must-have!).
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator—After Effects is a plus).
- Experience with print design (magazines, company events, billboards, etc.) .
- Experience with product design, and UX/UI - an advantage.
- Strong grasp of typography, hierarchy, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to balance creativity with performance-driven design.
