Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated warehouse clerk to join our team. As a warehouse clerk, you will play an essential role in managing our warehouse, handling container and truck receptions, palletizing goods, preparing products for shipping, and managing inventory. You will be a key link in our logistics team, contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of our operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Receiving Containers and Trucks: You will be in charge of receiving incoming containers and trucks of goods. This involves checking the compliance of deliveries against orders, noting quantities and conditions of products, and ensuring that shipping documents are complete and accurate.
• Handling Goods on Pallets: You will need to load and unload goods onto pallets safely and efficiently. This may include using handling equipment such as forklifts or manual pallet jacks.
• Product Preparation and Packaging: You will be responsible for preparing products for shipping. This may involve labeling, boxing, consolidating orders, and general preparation of items for shipment.
• Inventory Management: You will participate in inventory management by conducting regular counts, updating inventory tracking systems, and reporting discrepancies or stock shortages to the management team.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Previous experience in a similar warehouse position is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting heavy loads.
• Basic knowledge of receiving, handling, and packaging procedures.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Capability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and management.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and record-keeping.
