What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auto Estimator (Sales Associate) position at Maaco America's Bodyshop?
You will be required to perform the following functions:
- Conduct a full inspection of the vehicle
- Record any damage discovered within the vehicle, such as dents, broken glass or mechanical issues
- Determine an estimate for repair costs based on the total amount of damage and the type of damage
- Calculate how much of the repairs the insurance policy covers
- Discuss repair options with the customer
- Explain to customers how they determined the total repair costs
- 2-3 Years of CCC Experience preferred
- Insurance Claims Knowledge preferred
- Base and Variable pay incentives
