What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Estimator / Sales Representative / Service Writer position at Maaco Collision Repair and Auto Painting?
MAACO Collision Repair and Auto Painting center in Mansfield, TX is looking for driven, motivated automotive employees wanting to be a part of a successful, well-known brand. This center is part of a 45 year franchise and is set up with state-of-the-art equipment. We need employees that will bring their experience and a willingness to learn to successfully generating and converting sales leads for our production automotive paint shop.
General Accountabilities
· Ensure a positive customer experience through exceptional customer service and follow-up
· Inspect damaged vehicles thoroughly using standard written procedures
· Prepare accurate damage repair estimates (Using CCC) for customers that include the cost of repairs and the anticipated time needed to complete them
· Monitor repairs as they are made to ensure expected progress
· Generate supplements if necessary
· Ensure that the repairs meet or exceed customer and quality expectations
· Coordinate and communicate actions within the shop
· Build and maintain fleet, insurance and retail customer relationships
· Maintain an accurate and current directory of fleet and insurance customers in our service areas
· Develop and convert new sales leads

Job Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent
· At least 1 year of customer service, sales or estimating experience
· At least 5 years of collision repair experience
· Proficient with CCCOne
· Ability to understand manufacturer's specifications
· Predictable and reliable attendance required
· Must have and maintain a valid state driver’s license and clean driving record
· Must be able to pass pre-employment background check
· ICar Platinum in estimating a plus but not required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
