Maaco Collision Repair and Auto Painting is looking for a professional, self-motivated and energetic individual to join our growing team and fill the role as General Manager at one of our DFW Locations
Responsibilities:
- Oversees hiring, training, developing, transferring, managing compensation and discipline of staff
- Manage financial controls, operations, employee development, and customer service
- Maintain inventory and applies financial reporting analysis results
- Successfully generates and capture sales leads
- Analyze collision and/or paint damaged vehicles to create a repair plan and cost
- Review repair orders with technicians as necessary
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of profit and loss interpretation and management to influence profitability
- Ability to prioritize and organize own and others’ work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
- Previous success in sales or operations and leadership skills are a must
- Desire for performance based compensation
- CCCOne or like estimatics program experience preferred
- At least 3 years of production management or sales leadership is required
Pay is salary plus quarterly bonus, based on performance and sales.
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
