Full-Time Auto Body and Paint Line Technician
Our busy collision repair facility in Springdale, AR is seeking an experienced Auto Body and Paint Technician. We specialize in Collision Repair and Complete Auto Painting.
Competitive pay based on experience
Primary responsibilities include:
- Assembling / Disassembling vehicles
- Light Body Work including mudding, priming, blocking
- Prepping vehicles for paint process by sanding, masking, taping
- Properly mask vehicles for refinishing
- Wet sand and polish-buff
- Assist Body and Paint Technicians in other areas as necessary
Qualifications: Prior experience in a collision/body shop required
- Must be self-motivated and a good communicator
- A fast, consistent, and skilled worker
- Have a positive attitude and be able to work in a team environment
- Knowledge and application of basic auto body technician repair methods
- Knowledge of auto paint prep for refinishing
- Commitment to continued learning
- Attentiveness to detail and quality minded
