Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled AUTO PAINTER to join our team, specializing in automotive painting and restoration. 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto painting, mechanical knowledge, and experience with various hand and power tools. This role is essential in ensuring high-quality finishes on vehicles while maintaining safety and efficiency in the workspace.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as required.
- Apply paint using spray guns and other tools to achieve desired finishes on vehicles.
- Asses repairs on damaged areas of vehicles prior to painting, including bodywork and auto glass installation.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to assist in vehicle maintenance as needed during the painting process.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks associated with moving vehicles or equipment as required.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in auto painting, auto restoration, IS REQUIRED.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in automotive repair and painting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to understand vehicle systems and components.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with the role.
- Familiarity with dealership standards and practices is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
