Experienced Auto Painter

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive painting and repair, with the ability to work efficiently and deliver high-quality results. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the aesthetic standards of our vehicles. The Painter will work closely with other team members to ensure that all painting projects are completed on time and meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
• Apply paint using various techniques, including spray guns and brushes, ensuring an even and smooth finish.
• Mix paints and other materials according to specifications for optimal color matching.
• Inspect finished work for quality assurance, addressing any imperfections or inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with mechanics and other staff to coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools safely while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Assist in heavy lifting tasks related to vehicle parts or equipment when necessary.

• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to painting tasks.
