- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 9 years of progressive software development experience.
- Experience in an object-oriented development language like Java is required
- Minimum of 5 years of technical expertise on Salesforce.com, using Force.com Apex, Lightning for Salesforce, Javascript, HTML5, CSS, Ant and the use of these tools with Salesforce.com.
- Strong with configuration, customization, programming with Mulesoft , Apex, Triggers, Workflows with actions, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboards
- Development experience with Restful web services and Integrations strongly required.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com best practices, support mechanisms, procedures and limitations are required.
- Strong Object-Oriented Development Experience and GIT concepts for deployments is required with java development experience.
- Knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Creative problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work with minimal direct guidance, self-motivated and proactive
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Platform Developer II Certification required.
