Required Skills:
- MS degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
- 10 years of experience implementing solutions to DSP problems
- 5 years of experience leading and managing technical and engineering teams
- 5 years of experience leading the development of technical and engineering project requirements and deliverables, interacting directly with clients to identify problems, analyzing data, generating solutions, and communicating results
- 5 years of experience in working with ISR or EW systems research and development
- Knowledge of linear algebra and stochastic processes
- Ability to be fluent in developing and integrating scientific algorithms with MATLAB and C/C
- Ability to develop digital signal processing algorithms and apply statistical methods for data analysis from a wide variety of sources
- Ability to provide detection, classification, and characterization of target signals
