Required :
- 3 years’ experience in user experience design for software applications
- MUST be familiar with Android / iPhone guidelines.
- MUST know these guidelines by heart and will be tested on them during interview
- Strong communication skills; the ability to communicate with key business stake holders and the software development team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, emerging growth environment
- Knowledge of user experience best practices
- Ability to demonstrate a portfolio of work
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Understanding of current and evolving web standards as they relate to user experience
